Dr. Anselm Küchle

is responsible for the development of the team, the topics round about the internationalization and for education and training at the International Football Institute.
In this context, Anselm and his team develop high-quality education and training for top-level football. In doing so, he relies on modern and innovative didactic possibilities.

Anselm Küchle has been active in professional football full-time for over 10 years, and has also been involved in voluntary and semi-professional football.

The graduate sports manager and UEFA A licence holder has in the past advised institutions in sport on various issues and specialised in competence development, excellence development, coaching and personnel development in football.

In his doctoral thesis, Anselm dealt intensively with the topic of coaching competencies in top-level football. Today, Anselm is co-host of the DFB Academy podcast “Trainer*innenkompetenzen im Profifußball” and coach of managers and coaches in football.
