The focus of the Masterclass is on teaching leadership skills in sports business , but the topics of match analysis, scouting and transfer management are also dealt with intensively. The course uses an innovative model of online training and face-to-face lectures in Ismaning near Munich (15 minutes from the airport). The seven face-to-face sessions take place on non-training days or during international breaks. All participants of the course benefit from our semi-virtual study concept, in which we offer 24/7 access to a modern online learning platform. YOUR LEARNING CONTENT IN THE MASTERCLASS “FOOTBALL ANALYTICS & LEADERSHIP
The education and training program is conducted by the International Football Institute. Renowned lecturers impart application-oriented knowledge for practical work.
In the seven modules, each with one day of attendance and one online seminar, participants deal intensively with the key areas of leadership, qualitative match analysis in practice, data-based match analysis and scouting, talent scouting, network management & self-marketing, transfer management and communication.
At the end of the certificate course, you will submit a written final paper in which you will reflect on your personal leadership style, among other things. You also have to make a video about your own leadership qualities.
In particular, during the classroom sessions in particular, you will have the opportunity to get involved with soccer at the highest level outside your own club and to exchange career experiences with the other participants. In addition, you will get to know top experts in the industry and expand your own soccer network.
